Kindle DX Review. Amazon still continues to revamp it’s everlasting Kindle line. The ebook reader has changed a lot since it’s first release all those years ago. Now it has a new price and a sexy new color. The newest model has some new features such as a lower price a sharper feel and of course it comes in graphite ( black duh).
Now this Kindle Dx has the same sized screen as the very popular Ipad being 9.7inches. And now with the graphite color surrounding the screen it looks very much like an Ipad. However the Ipad comes in full color and has a touchscreen sadly Amazon hasn’t adding those features to this Kindle DX. But what it does have is a great attractive price that many people can afford. Right now the gadget cost US$379.

Amazon choose to cut the price from US$489 ( only $10 less than the cheapest version of the Ipad ) Even with the huge price difference it is still a very hard sale because of how many people want and admire the features of the Ipad. The company is pushing the device to the readers by giving us 50 percent better contrast and even darker fonts on its screen.
And because they are targeting the readers , Amazon is also talking up the Kindles access to it’s mega digital library which is larger than the one that Ipad has access to. Amazon continues to add more and more tiles and reports adding over 200,000 tiles in the past six months giving their users access to over 620,000 books in the store to buy this includes 1.8 million out of print books that are free.
With all those free books and the ability to save paper it is well worth considering.
The Kindle DX is available for pre-order right now and will be shipped on July 7th.
